If your child receives services through an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and you believe Chicago Public Schools has violated the IEP by not complying with the IEP, you may file a State Complaint with the Illinois State Board of Education.

A common reason for violating an IEP includes not having staff to provide special education minutes.
